Some users have reported a “Connectivity Issue” error when attempting to charge. Chargers are functioning normally and the error appears to be phone related.
If you are using your phone’s internet browser, to resolve this issue, please clear your browser cache. If you are using the iOS or Android app, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
This issue may only impact individuals whom were charging this morning.

We experienced a brief delay in processing of messages from chargers. The issue has been resolved but prior messages are still being processed. This may take some time to complete.
Core infrastructure update

We are performing core infrastructure updates throughout this maintenance window that impacts a few core systems.
During this period, no new sessions may be initiated, and ongoing sessions may be interrupted but are expected to resume once the update is completed. We anticipate that most chargers will reconnect following the update. Entire maintenance window may not be utilized.
